Freda is a program for reading internet-enabled writings (ebooks) on Windows. The preliminary functionality is free, in collaboration with a package of superfluous features[*] available as an in-app purchase. You can inspect over 50,000 public domain classic books, from Gutenberg and other on-line catalogs. Or peruse anyone's own (DRM-free) folios on the supported setups: EPUB, MOBI, FB2, MARKUP TAGS and TXT.

The scheme offers bespoke controls, fonts and spectral range, coupled with annotations and bookmarks, and the ability to stare up catalog specifications and translations, besides text-to-speech noticing. Freda understands EPUB formatting information and can display still-lifes likewise diagrams in books.

Freda can get books from on-line files like the Gutenberg Project. Or if the viewer have an existing literature collection, they can consume OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox or Calibre to share it with your CPU. Freda can also install books from any website and from email attachments.

You can download books and keep them on your PC, so you can carry on reading when you don't have platform connectivity.
